我妈和几个姨,自己背着白面、胡麻油、糖……材料,去作坊打月饼,说是作坊的材料不好,自己可以用最好的原材料。考虑到要邮寄,不敢做的太酥皮,调整了一下油、面比例。打完的月饼都是热乎的,回来的先摆出来彻底晾凉了,然后装了整整三大箱,去了邮局,工作人员说这种包装肯定不行,邮过去得碎成渣渣了。然后又买食品包装袋,十个一组分装,外面打一圈空气柱膜,再装箱。我收到的时候就是这么一卷一卷的空气柱月饼,里面完好无损。连着吃了三个,感觉已经是极限了,皮很酥,馅儿里糖居多,掺着青红丝葡萄干…的各种佐料。开始陆陆续续分给朋友和同事们尝尝,太多了
